We want you to be fully satisfied with your official Billie Eilish merchandise; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and includes the original tags to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
